Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through our official online store within the European Union.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email) including your order number and items concerned.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:

Be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the following cannot be returned:

Personalised or customised items (unless defective).

Items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. underwear, pacifier clips).

Goods that are damaged, worn, or incomplete.
6. Return Process

Request a return authorization by contacting Customer Care.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the parcel to the return address provided.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
9. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us immediately.
Under EU law, you are entitled to a two-year warranty period from the date of delivery for goods that do not conform to the contract.
We will repair, replace, or refund your item free of charge.
